I recently stumbled upon 10cate.com through a link I found....somewhere. Its a very straight forward proxy. Even if your a first time user I think you could figure 10cate out within 2 min. of being on the site. The one thing I don't like about the site is its design. The design is too basic, I like proxy's with web 2.0 designs, but thats just me. So overall I give 10cate.com a rating of 6 out of 10.
